TEK Personnel are recruiting for a Mechanical Training Assessor to work in Derby. You will have extensive knowledge of Mechanical Fitting which is required to deliver a comprehensive and professional apprenticeship management service.
Applicants must have demonstrated acceptable competence in delivering workplace assessment in an Fitting engineering environment.
Be able to design engineering apprentice training programmes and individual learning plans.
Be able to deliver and assess against apprentice Individual learning plans and evaluating workplace evidence to awarding body standards.
Maintain an awareness of latest training developments and contribute to the design and introduction of improvement processes within the team.
D32/33 or A1/A2 Assessor Licence.
The assessor will have served a nationally recognised Fitting apprenticeship followed by further experience in a substantive skilled position.
