Customer Service Advisor – Pensions. Blue chip client, based in Sheffield City Centre, excellent working environment. Temporary, approximate end date February 2009, £8.00 per hour 36.0 hours per week. Candidates will need to be interviewed
Candidates will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day enquiries (from both employees and agents) that may include, but are not restricted to, pay, expenses, contracts, recruitment, holiday entitlements.
Preferred - candidates who have worked within a contact centre environment before
Essential - candidates who have dealt with customer enquiries either face-to-face or via the telephone
Skills:
Ability to pick up IT systems quickly due to the amount of data capture required
Ability to multi task - type and talk at the same time
Good listening skills
Ability to question customers in order to ascertain the details of their enquiry
Good communication skills as candidates will have to liaise with other teams to gain customer resolution
Self motivated
Ability to cope well under pressure
Ability to work on their own and as part of the team
Ability to change quickly due to customer and business demands
