My client requires a deputy manager to work with adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. You will report directly to the home manager and will be responsible for assessment of needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. You will manage the home in the managers absence. This is a 39 hour working week with shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a expanding organisation. Free parking.
