Team manager required to work within supported living services. Main responsibilities is to support the service manager to develop and implement service and organisational aims, ensure clients have opportunities to be actively involved in the community, empower colleagues and staff by providing coaching and development opportunities, maintain financial and administrative records, assess and reviews of clients, recruitment and training of new staff. The ideal applicant will be qualifies to Level NVQ 2 in Care and have knowledge of the care standards.
