A market leading construction company based in Derbyshire are looking to recruit a Residential Land Finder.
The company is a leading Building Contractor operating throughout a wide geographical area centring on Yorkshire and the East and West Midlands, with a reputation for Quality and Client satisfaction

As a Residential Land finder, you will be responsible for building up a land bank to enable the company to construct around 40 residential properties per annum.
Responsibilities are as follows -
- Identification of potential residential development sites
•Meet and liaise with potential vendors.
•Production of financial feasibility studies to enable accurate valuation of potential development sites including appropriate liaison with architects, statutory bodies and estate agents.
•Liaison with planning authorities and planning consultants to assess viability of potential schemes.
•Represent the company at meetings with local authorities and parish councils etc.
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has experience in this field from either an estate agency or with a residential developer background.
