TEK Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a Major PLC manufacturer in Derby.
Our client requires an Electrical Training Assessor who has extensive knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, Installation, testing and commissioning is required to deliver a comprehensive and professional apprenticeship management service.
You will have demonstrated acceptable competence in delivering workplace assessment in a Electrical Engineering environment.
Be able to communicate across all levels from apprentice to senior management.
Be able to design engineering apprentice training programmes and individual learning plans.
Be able to deliver and assess apprentice individual learning plans and evaluating workplace evidence to awarding body standards.
Have managed and maintained individuals records in line with awarding body requirements.
To ensure that safety and economic working practices are maintained within the area of accountability.
You will have served a nationally recognised Electrical apprenticeship followed by further experience in a substantive skilled position.
D32/33 and ideally A1/A2 Assessor Licence.
Our client is offering a Fixed Term contract for 12 months with potential to go permanent if the contract with the client is extended.
Applicants be able to provide references to obtain CRB clearance if you dont already obtain this certificate.
