Working for a prestigious hotel you will work in the kitchen alongside experience Chef's. You will prepare the food prior to cooking and assist in making high quality food. You will work in various sections of the kitchen, providing a high level of service.
You will have catering knowledge with your Food Hygiene certificate. You will ideally have some kitchen experience, although this is not essential, you will need to have a strong desire to learn. You will be hard working with the flexibility to start no earlier than 730am and finish no later than 10pm (working shifts). You will have your own transport.
