Chef De Partie -Pastry/Larder-Salary £13k+ dependant on experience
This is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced full time Chef De Partie.
Based in the Derby City area you will be working within a large UK hotel chain in charge of the running of the Pastry and Larder sections.
Day to day duties:
• Preparation of food to the highest standards.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the section.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Experience as a Chef De Partie.
• Qualified to NVQ 1 and 2 standards.
Hours of work:
Full time. Split shifts. 5 days per week.
