Running a recruitment agency is an extremely busy and challenging role, one of the most important things to me is attracting the right candidates. I invest heavily into the internet as I see this as the main source of candidates moving forward. I just wanted to say that although we have only had the site for 48 hours, I have been extremely impressed with it and we have already had a good response for the adverts we have advertised at the moment!It is extremely easy to navigate and put jobs on or off as required. I find it extremely useful that you can view the CV's of the candidates, that have applied, online. However, my favourite part of the site (and most of my colleagues have also thought it brilliant) is the 3 killer questions. It is a brainwave as it saves us a lot of time i.e. we don't have to go through the regular procedures (reading the CV and contacting the candidates) only to find that they are unsuitable or do not have the necessary skills required for the position.Aside from the site, I would like to say thank you personally. You were great when we were initially setting up an account for Southampton OS and explained everything fully without rushing through it and leaving me confused. You have also always contacted me back promptly whenever I have left a message for you and have been helpful, friendly and patient when assisting me with any queries I have had.
